Just saw this on the news. there's an app that you can use called I text safely (not spelled that way on the market) that when turned on will hold incoming text messages from you and will automatically send a message to whomever text-ed you letting them know that you are driving. genius! except you have to remember to actually turn it on when you get in your car.
Another app was text and walk which uses your phone camera and displays your path in the background of your texting window... now, you never ever ever will get distracted from running into people and can always focus on your texting! success!! ........ :-/
