Chicken Cacciatore with Rotini
Here's chicken dish I made the other day Chicken Cacciatore. It tastes better than it looks, trust me. I have a ways to go with my plating methods. I'm not really sure how to elegantly plate a dish that is so saucy. Any-who here it is! I decided to serve mine over pasta, but I'm sure you could easily serve it with rice, quinoa or any other grain for that matter.It was really a quick dinner since the pasta takes like 5 minutes I just had to focus on the chicken. Have you ever tried those Pasta Portions by Ronzoni? I have become quite fond of them, 1 pouch is enough to feed both Sasha and I... so I guess we are eating a half a portion......It's really quite a bit of pasta per portion - Can you eat a whole pouch?
